Arts theatre community group formed in Tiverton This is The West Country STAGE lovers from across Tiverton have teamed up in a bid to improve performance and visual arts in the town. The Tiverton Community Arts Theatre (TCAT) is made up of councillors and members of performing arts groups from across the community.
